Recent tests showed possible subclinical hypothyroidism. Test results on last post.Because you directed me to info on symptoms of b12 deficiency I made a list as I found I had a lot. I spoke to a doctor today to ask for test for b12 deficiency/ pernicious anaemia.
I think I only succeeded because I had written down guidelines etc from your last replies.
I have booked blood test asap as I am keen to take b12 asap and know I have to wait til after blood test.
Am I right thinking ok to take vit d3/ k2 before the test as I have already started this?
Thank you so much for the help .
(I am not used to forums so not sure if this is correct way to update you.)

You can call out to other members - e.g. those who replied on your earlier post. Then they get an alert and might be able to respond.
helvella - How to "mention" or "callout"
Having read a post or reply, I've noticed that you might wish to alert other members to your post or reply. For example, you might have said so, or asked how to do so, or tried but it has not worked.
This is an explanation and screen recording showing how to callout members in posts and/or replies so they get alerted.
This is not to say you have done anything wrong. This is meant to help you by pointing out this option, and help to do so, not to criticise.
There is no need to reply! If it was helpful, ticking the "Like" button lets me know.
