Has anyone had a healthy diagnosis from a thyroid ultrasound scan eventhough bloods show different values highlighting hypothyroidism?

Healthy thyroid on ultrasound scan yet bloods differ

I think about all you can conclude from that is that you don’t have autoimmune thyroiditis—or if you do, it hasn’t yet progressed far enough to show up any damage.
You may have hypothyroidism for a different reason, for example, pituitary function.
I had an ultrasound and the report came back, saying no nodules found, everything looked ok in the report. But when I had my appointment with the endocrinologist a few months later, she used her own ultrasound machine and said the thyroid was very inflamed. I had high antibodies which confirmed Hashimoto’s. My tsh never went above 4.59 but I was and am still very sick.

Do you have more recent results since this post healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
As the others said already on this previous post, its very frustrating but watch and wait is the NHS approach until you get 2 TSH results over range with symptoms and over range antibodies ( you are close on that one).
Meanwhile, how are your Vitamin D, Folate, Ferritin? (I see you already get B12 advice from the PA forum). Are you gluten and or dairy free?
Keep a symptom diary, don't give up, keep going back and asking... if its not my thyroid, then what is it then etc etc ad nauseum, one of the tips is to ask for a 'trial' and start there. Early doses can make you feel worse before you feel better so bear that in mind. 🌱
I have had one more set of results since the above, please note only on the NHS:TSH
2.5 miu/L (0.38 to 5.33)
T4
11.0 pmol/L (7.9 to 14.4)
They considered me within range, no further action required.
Folate, ferritin and vitamin D in range and good levels.
I am gluten free and as an exception only drink raw goats milk.
