T3 & Benzo

Hello,

Following on from my earlier post (interpretation test results), I was well prepared for my phone call appointment today. Thanks again for the guidance, it really was a huge help to not just undergo the consultation.

My question today is about Lio & a Benzo I am taking at night. For being open: I am tapering that benzo since March, Ashton method so very very slow. Other approaches didn't work, benzo since 25 years, unfortunately.

This being said:

My doctor suggested taking 3 x 5 mcg Lio/day 06 am with Levo, 2 pm and 10 pm. However, 10 pm I take my benzo. Is that okay? I googled but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

Might be better to keep T3 evening dose an hour away from Benzo

Alright, thx for the answer. I was thinking for a moment to stay on 2 doses but will do as the doctor said.
