Painful neck and joints

In getting some bad joint pain hands bows knees groin and neck pain. I'm taking 150 mg thyroxine after a partial lobectomy some years ago. Any advice greatfully received

You haven’t posted in a long time

Do you have any recent thyroid and vitamin test results

what vitamin supplements are you taking

Do you always get same brand of Levo at each prescription

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested

Also both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once to see if your hypothyroidism is autoimmune

is your hypothyroidism autoimmune

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
