Blood testing time if I take Levo at night

Hi all - From the forum posts I have seen I need to take my blood test at 9am in the morning and 24 hours after my last dose of Levo. However I take Levo at 10pm at night.

Should I skip the 10pm dose and do the blood test at 9am next morning?

or take the blood test at 10pm 24 hours after my last dose?

I wouldn’t do that. That would mean a gap of 36 hours between last dose and test and would give a ‘false low’ in FT4.

I would be inclined to take your 10 pm dose at 9 am and then test at 9 am the next day - and then revert to 10 pm on the day after that. Levo has a long half life and leaving 36 hours to get you back on track wouldn’t be a problem.

Others who do night time dosing may have different suggestions
