I take Lamberts Zinc 25mg (as Citrate). I take 1 a day with most of my other supplements.

Zinc picolinate is the better form of zinc to take as it is the bio-available form. I take the Pure Encapsulations (Isabella Wentz) 30mg and it’s a nice small capsule which is easy to take. Available from Amazon.

Hi zephybear, thank you, I did do a bit of research & found out that picolinate was the one recommended for Hashi. So I think I will go for Zinc piclinate, I’m not really sure of the recommended dosage though but I’m assuming anything between 30-50mg.

I take this one, from Amazon 50mg is 2 tablets I did that to get mine in range and now take 1 a day with my B Complex or B1: and folate combo around 10am

Citrate gave me an upset stomach.

Thank you Regenallotment, I will take it more or less the same as you, I also take B12 alongside B complex & Biotin, do you think this is still ok to do, with the Zinc I mean?

I’ve not had any ill effects and my zinc has finally risen just into range. 🌱
