There seems to be a mistake there, the product is Thybon Henning and comes in 20 microgram tablets. (They are owned by Sanofi. And they also do a 100 microgram tablet but that is not available.)
If your doctor is intending you take 10 microgram doses, then you will have to split the tablets.
Roseway labs can supply Thybon Henning on UK prescription. You will have to discuss with them how much and postage, etc. Link below has contact details.
You seem to be residing on Guernsey. I think you might find it cheaper to find a source in France or Germany if you can.
