Low haemoglobin and low haematocrit levels

Just been told by GP my haematology levels are 130 g/l [135-175]and haematocrit levels are 0.39 [0.41 - 0.53]and platelet count is 410 [150-400] . Good news was tsh was 0.8. Doctor said levels are nothing to worry about but been googling and think points to anemia. Any recommendations of supplements for anemia.
