It looks like your son is probably hypo with TSH above range and low FT4.

Was this an NHS test and has he previousy had an above range test on the NHS?

He should begin treatment with 2 TSH results above range, 3 months apart on the NHS.

Has he had vitamins checked?

no vitamin test but dr dident reapeat tsh for a long time as he tsh been fraxuating from normall to high pass two years

i live in cyprus so is private testing but is not easy to get appoment with endo tks for advice

Get your son to test vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin

Also coeliac blood test if not on gluten free diet
