reduced T3 and weight gain

I was advised by people on this forum to reduce my T3 slightly and I feel better on the lsightly reduced dose. I have more energy. less need to sleep in the day. The problem is I am getting sudden weight gains. I gained four pound yesterday. i have lost about 9 stone on my previous dose using intermittant fasting. it is more improtant for me to lose weight than feel energetic but i am wondering if given time. I have only over the past couple of weeks started reducing, the weight gains will settle.

I would wait 6-8weeks on your slightly reduced Liothyronine dose and then retest thyroid levels and share results with us. Weight can fluctuate when making adjustments in thyroid medication.

Thank you Buddy. I shall have to be strong and not panic due to the scales. i do feel much better for the lower dose.
