I’m currently trialling gluten free diet (as recommended by my endo) I have done this since November last year. I am just about to do repeat bloods prior to an appointment with him in September.
I would like to ask for recommendations for gluten free and lactose free brands for t4 and t3 before my appointment as I would like to trial this too…
I would just like the conversation when I go … so trying to be ready with brand suggestions
I’m currently on Mercury t4 100 daily and t3 Roma 25 (three doses a day split into 10morning 5 lunch and 10 bedtime )
Thankyou for reading
