Does anyone know the range for Vit D on Thriva?

I am trying to track my percentages on results to get clearest possible picture. I can't find this range. I have followed shared links to the other ranges on Thriva but don't have this one.

Many thanks.

MrsQ20, Have you tried asking Thriva? They really should make this information clear and easy to find.

Vitamin D, you need the result, not the percentage through range

Aiming for somewhere between 80-125nmol

There are categories for Vit D - deficiency, insufficient, sufficient, etc.

Thriva state their "normal" range to be 75-175 so that would be the sufficiency category.

The Vit D Council, Vit D Society and Grassroots Health all recommend a level between 100-150nmol/L so that is your aim, Vit D is one of the tests we don't use percentages for :)

Thank you - as ever - for your quick response.

Hi MrsQ20, you should be able to download your results which includes the ranges. If you don't see the 'download results' button pop a message in their chat box or to their email address hello@thriva.co. and someone will send them to you as a PDF. That's what they did for me.
