thyroxine dosage

Can anyone tell me if 12 and a half of levo could be enough. If I try to go higher I seem to be worse. Have struggles for many years trying to increase dose. Am no better on NDT or T3 only.

Please can you share your most recent thyroid blood test results with us, so we can offer better advice.

What is your current medication/ dosage? When did you last adjust this?

Have you tested key thyroid vitamins (folate. Ferritin, B12 and Vit D) as having these optimal supports thyroid health?

TSH-2.26, T4-14.4, T3- 4.6. No levo for 5 weeks. 19 Oct 23.

TSH-3.01, T4- 15.2, T3- 4.4. 25 mcg levo for 8 weeks. 2 Jan 24

TSH- 1.54. No T4 0r T3 result. 12 and a half for 5 days. 14 May-

All key thyroid vitamins are in the upper half of range.

Can you add ranges in brackets to above results, as these can vary between laboratories.

What is your current dose of Levo and how long have you been consistently on this dose?

Ranges all same for each test

TSH- 0.27-4.2mU/L

T4- 12-22 pmol/L

T3- 3.1-6.8pmol/L

No levo at moment since 14 May 24

I would 100% get FT3 and FT4 checked before considering medication again. Your FT3 and FT4 in January are too old to advise on.
