I have been experiencing debilitating symptoms since 2018. Areas of blood tests abnormal & private thyroid test has come back as TSH 1.05 FREE T3 3.4 Free thyroxine 14.1 thyroid PA >9 I also have very low leptin hormone levels & I'm not digesting food properly & have an increased appetite. Chronic insomnia, muscle, fat & bone loss + up to 20 other symptoms. I'm told I'm a very challenging & complex case & up-to-date have not been able to receive the help I so desperately need

Hello Sunworshipper and welcome to the forum :

Are you diagnosed with a thyroid health issue and taking any thyroid hormone replacement ?

Hyperthyroidism - a faster than ' normal ' metabolism - generally expresses itself as a very

low TSH at 0.01/0.02 - and with T3 and T4 over the ranges - can you please add the ranges -

since these results look to be in most ranges we see - am guessing that they are too low - and likely causing symptoms of hypothyroidism and with a slowed metabolism amongst a myriad of other symptoms maybe the reason for your current health issues.

Have you had a full thyroid panel run and have a reading there showing TPO - TgAB - TSI - or TRab - readings alongside numbers -

or writing saying something like TSH - Thyroid Receptor antibody and a single digit number alongside ?
