looks like too little sample ."insufficient"

check with them ... companies normally send another kit if first one fails.

Did you struggle to fill the blood vial or not fill it up enough? Sometimes squeezing your finger can do this as it damages blood cells.

Contact the blood company to get a retest and follow the preparation instructions carefully.

When collecting your sample try the following tips:

Drink plenty of water. Being well hydrated will make it easier to collect your sample.

Shower before you take your test or run your hands under warm water for a few minutes, as heat improves blood flow.

Do some light exercise (move around, go for a walk, etc.) to get the blood flowing.

Make sure your arm is below your heart level – let gravity do some of the work.

Nails that are too long can make it difficult to collect a sample.

Do not shake the sample vigorously but invert the tube gently 10 times. (gently swirl the tube after each drop of blood).

Do not squeeze (milk) the finger.

Re-warm your hands during collection where needed.

Yes did all those tips as first lot all came back as Haemolysed.

I’ll have to get a blood draw done 👍

Its unusual for so many to have failed. Often its only folate which does seem to be an issue for many.

Were there 2 tubes and you only filled up one tube?

No one tube full, this time I didn’t even touch my finger to ensure I wasn’t squeezing it .

Really haven’t a clue was so careful with the second lot
