Since 24th April, I’ve taken 50mg levo daily, with BioCare Adreno Complex, Igennus Super B-Complex and separate Igennus B12. It’s early days, but in due course I plan to increase levo to 75mg, then 100mg, if my obliging GP will prescribe it. My question is this: is it safe/advisable/helpful to add in extra methylfolate and biotin to boost what’s already in the B-Complex? That’s what I’d like to do, but any comments on this would be welcome, please.
These were my latest results, on 20th February:
TSH: 5.37 (0.27-4.20)
FT4: 13.8 (11.9-21.6)
B12: 301 (197-771)
Folate: 3.7 (2.9-26.8)
Many thanks.

Whilst it is in the USA, and some things (like specific foods mentioned) and units can be different, I feel they give a solid summary with good onward links, if you feel the need.
This is their Folate sheet:

Are you sure it's biotin you want to increase? Your B12 is pretty low. I would think you would want to increase that. You don't even have a base-line for biotin.
