I've been using these for the last year which cover all bases, this blend seems to be missing a few?... amazon.co.uk/Vitamins-Spect...

I'm not a vegan, nor vegetarian, but I do consume quite a lot of beans and lentils simply because I enjoy eating them. And they have considerable amino acid content.

One day I must work my way through and see whether there are any I could be (relatively) low in.

What a great articles, so my added amino acids really only give a low base when looking at the RDA...

I wish I could tolerate beans but they just give me a histamine migraine even if I add DAO enzyme (hilariously made from beans!) before eating them... I keep trying but only last week they yet again floored me for 36 hours ☹️

If you are referring to the product I found searching based on your description, I wouldn't touch it.

1) I couldn't find a list of ingredients.

2) I couldn't find any analysis (e.g. 50% RDA of an amino acid).

3) I can't even find who the company are from their website.

4) Their marketing technique (fake limited time "offers") stinks.

5) Their About us, Contact, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy page links all end up on the same page (for me) which only has marketing claims on it.

6) I suggest that a huge percentage of reviews, especially positive reviews, are fake. If nothing else, none of the reviews that I saw really said much other than the usual "it's great" from using it for a short time. I

7) It seems jolly expensive. (Could be because I'm a skinflint!)

Eventually found a sort-of list of ingredients on their Netherlands site:

SUPPLEMENT FACTS SERVING SIZE: 3 CAPSULES DAILY (DURING A MEAL) SERVINGS PER CONTAINER: 30 AMOUNT / SERVING %DV L-Leucine L-Lysine L- Threonine L-Valine L-Isoleucine L-Phenylalanine L-Histidine L-Tryptophan L-Methionine Other ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate

205mg 185mg 141mg 141mg 115mg 72mg 37mg 37mg 35mg

Sorry - has collapsed the table in doing the OCR!
