Because I have the mthfr gene I have the methylated ones but wondering whether to change due to constant high B12 readings on blood tests. The one I have contains 50mcg methylcoblamin and wondering if a change is due to one with a lower dose?
What does everyone else have?

Turned into quite a long thread but the spreadsheet is up to date and shows which are made up of 2 caps/tabs so you can just take one... if you are looking for generally lower doses then perhaps take a look at amazon.co.uk/dp/B0822RM7K1
Well, that is interesting. I looked at your Amazon buy and recognised the packaging shape, except with different labelling. This is the one I get amazon.co.uk/dp/B0869NQTK5 and lo! The name might have changed, but on the back the address is still the same. How often does this happen?? Gosh, I am naive.
