4 weeks isn't enough for your levels to stabilise after a dose change. Suggest you restest after 6-8 weeks, the longer the better as even after 8 weeks things can change.

What are your latest vitamin results?

What are you supplementing with?

Could TSH increase of I stay on this dose? I understand your thinking but since I feel worse I kind of want to go back to 87.5 when TSH was higher. Would that be stupid?I am supplementing iron and vitamin d. Latest results for ferritin is 40.

All your results could change in the next 4 weeks. If you keep switching what you’re doing then it will take longer to feel well.

Most people need a B complex

Retest again including vitamin levels in another 6-8 weeks

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Which brand of levothyroxine are you taking

Yes, as your body gets use to higher dose, TSH will start to creep slowly upwards

Very important to maintain OPTIMAL Vitamin levels as well

So you think I should stay on 100 and not go back to 87?

Yes

Free T4 (fT4) 17 pmol/L (12 - 23) 45.5%

Free T3 (fT3) 4.8 pmol/L (3.5 - 6.5) 43.3%

Both Ft4 and Ft3 only 45% through range

Currently good conversion

Likely to need further increase in dose in 3-6 months

Retest again in 2-3 months

Which brand of levothyroxine are you taking

Ferritin is too low

Presumably you are working on improving
