Latest cortisol results

These results would explain why I feel so crap all day and wakey wakey from 11pm until 1am. If the cortisol wise would like to chip in, I’d be very grateful.

Thank you FIR - that might explain why my results took so long - everyone sent them at the same time! Lots of interesting reading and so much of it resonates with my symptoms. I've always felt more benefit from hydrocortisone than thyroid meds but in fairness, I probably gave up on thyroid meds too early because they just brought me to a standstill.

I can’t help, but I think I finally worked out that green means good, red bad, blue bad. Yellow and light blue, not great but not the most awful either.

Well I had to set up all the questionnaire details and highlight the things I needed to do on test day days before as I knew without any help from caffeine, thyroid drugs, hydrocortisone or any of the other 'helpers' I'd denied myself for several weeks, I was in no fit state to trust myself first thing in the morning. It was a horrendous day, and one I just limped through, I don't want to ever be worse than light blue, conversely pink/red is great if you get it at the right part of the day ie. morning.
