Hello, I wondered if anyone could help i am looking for a UK based support group/charity basically someone to talk to for coping mechanisms, have been diagnosed with graves and was put on carbimazole i took an allergic reaction (hives over my whole body) to carbimazole and was told to stop taking it for 4 weeks its left me afraid of the mental related symptoms that could come back, I am married once i started getting ill it became clear me that change in our has affected the marriage i don't drive and understand appointments and things are an inconvenience so i accept the situation but do not want to go down the route of antidepressants as i am not depressed just in a difficult situation and think talking to someone professional might help not sure if i should contact the doctor's surgery i have a feeling i would end up a waiting list, if anyone is able to point me in any direction that could help it would be most appreciated, thank you
