Ups and downs...just to give you a laugh really ๐Ÿ™‚

So feeling pretty good and my stats are all improving... BUT!!

I'd taken to adding in a little jogging (week 3 couch to 5K) and yesterday I did a rather marvellous forward superman style dive into the mud whilst tripping in the woods... luckily too muddy to take a picture but peoples faces as I wandered the mile home were an absolute picture in themselves ๐Ÿ˜†

Shoulder made a resounding pop so now walking around like Nelson, honestly getting well again is strewn with hazards!

Tentative trial... last time I jogged was April 2020 ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

The extra activity seems to be helping as my HRV is creeping up too ๐Ÿ˜

How do you measure your HRV? I used to use an oura ring for that but not sure how reliable it was.

What is that a picture of?

Wishing you a quick recovery.

It's a new thing with the Oura Ring using stress and recovery levels to work out resilience levels

Ah just seen you use oura. Mine was an old model. Didnโ€™t have that functionality!

They seem to keep updating it and adding new things

Looks good. My HRV using Oura was always on the floor whereas with other devices it was much better. But I know a lot of folks really rate Oura

I'm not sure which is more important my max has gone from 39ms -76ms, whilst my average 19ms - 27ms ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thatโ€™s a good improvement and must be gratifying!

Thanks, it does help to know things are moving in the right direction, gives me the confidence to continue ๐Ÿ˜Š quite an increase in both since adding in a little cardio these last couple of months

Seems I popped something in the top of my bicep! Got off lightly I think, just feels like a constant dead arm ๐Ÿ™ƒ
