To start with the FT4, it's rather on the low-side. Most hypos need it higher than that - around 75% through the range.
And your FT3 is saying that you don't convert very well. Increasing your levo would increase your FT4 but probably wouldn't optimise it. With an FT4 around 75% through the range your FT3 should be around 70%, but I doubt you'll ever acheive that without adding some T3 to your levo.
That said, how are your nutrients: vit D, vit B12, folate, ferritin? They all need to be optimal for good conversion. But, pretty sure you do need an increase in levo.
