why i have so much anxiety in my stomach thats causing me nausea and missing heart pulse

i been to cardiologist today i have skiped heart beats 5 days now also tightness on chest brain fog am angry and depresed cant even talk to any doctor how i feel all say is not from levothyroxine tat is all in my head is no side effects... but all this heart missing beats started since i started levo thyroxine lt4 the cardiologist said i have low pulse 59 so icant take anything for irregular pulse he things i was reguleted to fast to lower tsh and i will setle down another month i started b complex dialudable with magnesioum and vit d 2.000 .... god this is so bad i cry all day . i tried to talk to my dr she said nothing she can do as my thyroide is normall she said to go to psychiatrist

ALWAYS Test with last dose 24 hours before test

Ft3 currently very low

Work on improving low vitamin levels to improve conversion rate of Ft4 to Ft3

You probably have room to increase dose by 12.5mcg daily

But if you prefer …..wait to increase until after next test in 6 weeks

Approximately how much do you weigh in kilo

Guidelines on eventual dose Levo is approximately 1.6mcg per kilo of your weight per day

Unless very petite that’s going to be at least 100mcg daily

it was 24hours befrore last dose and i had the test done at 7.30 in the morning i am 67 kilos i have low d 14.5 today i started vit d 000 and i take b coplex with magnesioum
