Normal is just a word and does'nt reflect how we feel or where we need our numbers to be.

Your TSH is still over 2. Most people feel well when their TSH is at or just under 1 so you need a dose increase now.

5 weeks is still a little early to be testing. Usually its recommended to leave 6-8 weeks following a dose change.

What are your latest vitamin levels for ferritin, folate, B12 & D3?

What supplements are you taking?

How much vit D are you taking and do you also take Vit K which helps it go towards your bones?

Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Many members like the ‘Better You’ range of mouth sprays that contain both bit D & K2. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150.grassrootshealth.net/projec...

B12 needs to be 550+ to be optimal which is where we need it. I suggest a B complex to help keep all the B's in balance.

Slightly cheaper options with inactive B6:

amazon.co.uk/Liposomal-Soft...

Contains B6 as P5P an active form:

You tested too soon after increasing dose

Retest again in another 6 weeks

Free T4 (fT4) 18.9 pmol/L (12 - 22) 69.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 3.59 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 13.2%

Currently you have very poor conversion of Ft4 (levothyroxine) to Ft3 (active hormone)

For good conversion we need good vitamin levels

Low Ft3 will also tend to lower vitamin levels

Essential to test vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin

What vitamin supplements are you taking

Nilly batu here: your t3 is high should be lower, im not great with numbers, keep your D3&k2 combined up, & give yourself time: on here excellent advice, that’s what helped me.Also make sure your thyroxine is same make each time- don’t accept them.. open the bag B4 you leave the pharmacy..
