Good afternoon everyone, just looking some advice from the fonts of knowledge on here regarding latest MMH bloods.Started T4/T3 combo ten weeks ago(125mcg T4 + 6.25mcg T3 daily)Felt as well as I had in two years but in last couple of days I've had some symptoms creep in namely shoulder weakness, feeling cold, brain fog, anxiety and disturbed sleep.Would I have room for a little more T3?TSH 0.04 (0.27-4.2)
T4 21 (12-22) 90%
T3 6.1 (3.1-6.8) 81%
Thank you in advance.

Hi Falling, before I added in some T3 I was on 125mcg levo daily. When on Levo only I would get similar symptoms maybe 2 or 3 weeks after an increase.Last ten weeks is longest I've been without symptoms.
So T4 was 81% prior (and maybe you dropped some T4 when you added the Lio?)
You had great responses in previous post, I look forward to others here.
For context I’m 75 Levo and 10 Lio right now and still a few titrations away from running out of ideas for myself. So if I put my self in your shoes and those were my bloods… sheesh, tough one, I would prob think a minuscule reduction on t4… but how to chop the pills I’d have no idea!
I’m also assuming you’ve done the usual vitamins/minerals and ancillary optimizations? I also have a long list of vitamins, iron/ferritin, magnesium, maybe try gluten free, etc etc.
Hi! I’m going in the right direction but had a rough couple months and not entirely sure why.
I have a cortisol test ready to do, as I suspect something there. Mornings are a very slow start for me. Also Dec/Jan were really fatigued/brain fogged in general. I over-exerted myself in November. Might be a contributor to the dip, especially if I’m still just at the waterline… easy to dip.
Also I’m working on my low iron/ferritin.
I have a “feeling” that Ts are optimizing … a feeling, lol.
I had a virus/flu/cold thing beginning of Feb that has delayed my next blood test. So I have to be patient. But we will see how accurate that “feeling” is : )
I’m a 50 something year old woman too so have the added variable of impending menopause.
I am holding the line until my next blood test… I have reset my expectations clock for a couple weeks more til next bloods and likely another 1-3 titration periods.
Thanks slow. I very rarely got my T3 above mid 50's when on Levo only.If I may can I bother you with another question please. If I slightly reduce T4 will this in turn slightly lower T3 levels?
