I take creatine monohydeate . I took it to help with with excercise programe
I did a lot of reaserch because i didnt want to mess with thyroid .
its been a real game changer , really helped with endurance in particular .
I use one by My Protein .
I also take creatine- really made a difference to me too. I would definitely recommend but as with most vitamins excetra you need to take it for a while to see if it makes a difference for you and improvement might not be durastic but more gradual over time. I also found it helps with brain fog.
I took it for a few weeks but I’m sure it made my hair fall out , so I stopped
I have a LOT of hair but it seemed to be coming out when I washed it .
I may give it another try as a lot of people swear by it and as I lift weights st the gym a few times a week , might aid recovery .
