hello iam suffering with covid had it since Sunday , symptoms don’t seem to be going away , has anybody had covid , with hashimotos , am I wrong in thinking having this condition makes illness worse and longer to recover , sorry but been told I have hashimotos, but not sure on how it works thanks for any advice 😷

I didn’t start to feel better until tested negative on Covid test and that took 10-12 days from first positive test

I have Hashi's and had covid last October. I don't really feel it's ever gond away. I haven't been quite right physically since them. What's more, I keep feeling that it's come back. I don't know if that could be classified as Long Covid, or what,..

Yes, I have Hashimoto's and have had covid, 3 times that I know of. The second time I had symptoms for a long time afterwards, especially fatigue but including having to sit up at night to sleep otherwise I couldn't breathe, which lasted weeks, and loss of/altered sense of taste and smell. I wasn't what I'd call seriously ill though, no need for hospital admission and, curiously, symptoms really improved after the third bout as if my body was triggered into fighting off the covid and cleared up really well. Still don't taste much and miss the pleasure of some foods but compared with the hypo symptoms that's nothing! Hope this helps and reassures you.
