I take my 75mcg of levothyroxine at bedtime and T3 2.5 mcg at midday and 2.5 at 4pm. So I know I miss my bedtime levothyroxine until after the test but when should I take my 4pm T3?
Please and thank you. 🥰

For T3 dose spacing you should allow 8-12 hours. So if your blood test was at 9am then the day before you would delay taking it until before bed after 9pm.
last dose Levo 24 hours before test
If you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...adjust timings as follows prior to blood test
If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal
Day before test last dose T3 about 8pm ….assuming test at 8am
Thanks. I should remember this but my T3 timings are different so wasn’t too sure 🥰
I take my a.m. dose of T3 with a glass of water when I awake.
I then wait an hour before I have breakfast.
I follow the method of Dr John Lowe (deceased through an accident).

I have no clinical symptoms and my whole body is relaxed. I also feel energetic.
I have had loss of appetite after starting levothyroxine 100 mcg. Also I have been feeling weird and have gotten really irritable. Does anyone else have this problem?
