This morning I took my 50 mcg of levo then waited an hour and a half to take 2.5 mcg of T3. I plan to take two more doses of 2.5 T3 today. I haven’t changed any doses, just the scheduling. I am very weak compared to the last few days but not as jittery. Is it possible for my symptoms to change this soon? Also, does this schedule make sense? I’m trying to find my way. Thank you

Changed dosing schedule
Coach, I would continue taking your first dose of T3 with your T4 in the morning and split the other two the rest of the day. You feel weak because your body is now used to getting the two together in your first dose. All the best.
Good point. I need another set of eyes. Thank you
I think you need to call your Dr and have a consultation. You need up to date bloods done.
I don’t believe moving a T4 dose of 50mcg by 90mins would effect you greatly as it is stored waiting to be converted to active T3. Unless it is far too low a dose of T4 to begin with. Or your poor conversion is very poor. I think your weakness is due to not having correct doses and levels but this will only be worked out once you have your latest bloods.
You need to be patient with thyroid medication as it can take some time to settle down.
Thank you for responding. I know I’m under medicated. Doctor is taking it slow because I’ve had numerous health issues and have had some bad reactions to medications.my draw is scheduled for two weeks from now. I’m trying to do my best while I wait. If I hadn’t been ill with other issues, I’d try more T4. Right now I’m scared to change any dosing until after the draw. I’m in survival mode.
I’m very sorry to hear you are struggling so much. People on here will try and help best they can I’m sure. It’s very difficult when you are feeling so bad to know exactly what’s going on. I’m sure if you call your Dr they will help you also. As you have other health issues it may be these that are not helping with your thyroid medications.
Please take care and try to follow a routine with your medication. Try and rest and eat healthy and drink water.
