Agreed. I can fully understand that position as it has been a heated debate. Unfortunately I find myself at a crossroads with my Advsnced Thyroid Test due and trying to fit in between that, the booster and on and off virus-type symptoms where I have deferred things. I have never had covid. I’ve had all the jabs until this one and for some reason I’m dragging my feet. My thyroid antibodies were off the scale a year ago and basically I don’t know which way to jump !

I think my best bet is to leave Medichecks until after Christmas when there is less pressure in the Post office!

Thanks for the link, which I read.

I didnt think I would be eligible due to age restrictions on this year's booster, however I have asthma so got a text inviting me to get both flu and covid. Got to say I was delighted. I've never had covid either but I have a bit of a phobia of getting Long Covid.

I already have Fibro so dont want anything else that causes pain/ exhaustion etc. I spaced out my flu and covid jabs by 10 days or so and suffered no problems apart from a sore arm and feeling a bit tired.

Clearly it's generally frowned upon to express negative views about the covid vaccine which is a shame within a scientific debate since that's how progress can be made. Hence I won't here!

But, with boosters, I believe I am right in saying that repeated (>1/y) boosters fall within the realms of "unchartered territory" for vaccination.

Id welcome positive, independent, scientific studies to go alongside negative ones that I have.

userotc, ' frowned upon to express negative views about the covid vaccine which is a shame within a scientific debate '

For clarity, this forum is dedicated to discussing thyroid disorders. It is not the place for debate of Covid or any other vaccines. Whether they be negative or positive views.

I point everyone reading this to the forum Vaccination Posts Policy here healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
