optimal bloods?

Looking at my bloods I think they are near enough spot on? (Any input would be great). However I still feel terrible with severe fatigue & body aches.

I am taking vit D, multi vit, iron (heme) and going to restart cortex adrenal. As my cortisol is coming back low.

currently on 1 1/4 grain armour and 75mcg of tiro daily (cut down from 100 4x a week) as my last bloods were slightly over range.

The armour is the only thing that seems to help with energy levels but does increase my HR which isn’t ideal with PoTs. I am considering upping to 1 1/2 grains and bringing the tirisont down to 50mcg daily.

Any help would be appreciated. My iron is low but B12 is looking ok.
