Thorne Basic B, Biotin, Folate and Blood Testing ?

I was just wondering about something…I shall need to make my blood test appointment soon after a dose change so of course need to stop taking anything biotin.

Along with Biotin Thorne Basic B also contains Folate, so how much difference do you think stopping TBB for a week will make to the blood test because that gets tested too please?

I can’t remember what I did last time. Thank you.

If you possibly can then buy a separate 400mcg folate & 1,000iu B12 supplement to take right up until the day before your blood test. That way you are still benefitting from supplementing with no break.

3-4 days is enough of a pause from supplementing if you are just taking a B complex with a relatively low amount of biotin.

That sounds like a good plan, thank you. I’ll get some.

I made my appointment but it isn’t until December 12th so that gives me time to sort myself out.
