The Thyroid UK Admin Team are a small group of volunteers who are passionate about helping others to find the best way forward with their thyroid health issues. None of the Admin Team are medically qualified.

🔸 The first and foremost duty of the Admin Team is to uphold the rules of both the Health Unlocked platform and the Posting Guidelines unique to this forum.

🔸 This is a carefully moderated forum, aiming to make the information shared here as reliable and valuable as possible.

🔸 The Admin Team aim to ensure discussions are kept on topic, and that member posts and replies adhere to the rules.

🔹 New members should make a concerted effort to read through, and adhere to, this forum’s Posting Guidelines, which can be found here:

🔸 We are a very small Admin team for such a busy forum. Inevitably, the team will miss or not have time to read some comments and even whole posts. We therefore rely on members to also be vigilant and use the Report Button ( support.healthunlocked.com/... ) whenever they see something that they feel is untoward. This will alert the Admin team, who will make a decision as to what, if any, action needs to be taken.

🔸 The decisions of the Admin Team are final and are not up for discussion. If you disagree with a decision or action taken by an Admin, you may PM any Admin for clarification. You may not make a public post or comment that questions, disapproves or disagrees with action taken by any Admin. Any potshots, snide remarks or flippant responses in regards to the Admin team and / or action taken by an Admin will also be removed.

Of course the Admin Team are also human, and therefore not perfect! But we really do try our best 😊
