what is the best way to take? Away from other supplements, meds ( including T3x3 and levo)? My last blood test showed ferritin had decreased again to 56 ( with that stupid 30-650 range) even tho eat black pudding x3 a week, and other various ferrous supplements do not agree with me ( bad tum, even vomiting). Heme incidentally took 3 weeks to arrive from US presumably despite fact website looks like coming from UK.
