There's no such thing as an optimal dose that would suit everyone. How much thyroid hormone replacement you need is a very individual thing. But, looking at those results, 75 mcg levo is not the right dose for you. You are under-medicated. Your Frees are very low. You need an increase of 25 mcg now, and retest in six weeks to see how your levels have improved, and how you feel.

Vitamin D mouth spray by Better You is very effective as it avoids poor gut function. There’s a version made that also contains vitamin K2 Mk7
It’s trial and error what dose we need, with hashimoto’s or when under treated we frequently need higher dose than average

folate on the low side. Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Igennus Super B complex are nice small tablets. Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks
Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

As greygoose says...your results show you need 25mcg dose increase in levothyroxine and bloods retested 6-8 weeks later
Ft4 should be at least in top third of range and Ft3 at least half way through range
Ft4 is only 29% through range
Ft3 on 19%through range

Getting all four vitamins optimal helps improve conversion of Ft4 to Ft3
I can not attach here, that is why I posted separately.
That is a very low dose and my elderly Dad who is 78 is on 100mcg a day. You definitely need an increase of 25mcg and then a further blood test 6 weeks later to see what your levels are.
