Try adding 25mcg Levo alongside

Retest in 6-8 weeks

Likely further increase after that

You are clearly under medicated at moment

Many people don’t get on with combined pill

You may be better taking levothyroxine plus separate T3

A) you can easily adjust the amounts

B) you may need/find it better to split T3 through the day as 2 or 3 smaller doses

Your triglycerides are really, really high and you need to investigate how to lower them. Do a search for "How to lower triglycerides"

I've managed to lower my own with a lower carb diet, a lower sugar diet. Whenever I stray from a good diet my triglycerides will go up.

For those who drink alcohol, reducing their intake might help reduce triglycerides too.

Optimal for triglycerides is under 1.

I’m not surprised you don’t feel good. Your FT3 is so low. A few things you could try (you may already be doing them):

Ensure there is a gap of an hour between thyroid hormone and food (even tea with milk or coffee with milk)

High protein breakfast eg eggs , chicken or fish for lunch ?

I was going to suggest selenium and zinc as they help convert T4 to T3 but your T4 is v low.

Your Uric acid is pretty high so might be worth trying a good quality fish oil that contains plenty of DHA this will help lower inflammation in the body vitamin C and chlorella also help

Have you ever tried a thyroid support supplement? They contain the amino acid Tyrosine along with a few cofactors that support thyroid health.

Are you under the care of an endocrinologist? Perhaps you might want to try a naturopath?

Hope you can feel better - hashimotos is horrible especially when not adequately treated.
