Got good new I now have approval for thyroxine special ididnt need it for t3 I already had it it’s taken 4 months

Got the prescription today . I sent the approval email two weeks ago to surgery but I still didn’t get it

I’ve been without for 16 weeks next week so I’m really happy now it will tak 6 weeks plus to get back on track 😀😀

Currently can be difficult to find a pharmacy that can track down any liquid levothyroxine

Hi your right no one can get liquid ten pharma or mercury pharma

My t3 t4 is a special because I have a corn allergy mercury pharma is out of stock for liquid paracetamol x

Hi. I’ve recently been able to obtain my normal GP prescription for Liquid levothyroxine from my local village pharmacy. The brand I now get is Mercury Pharma 50mcg strength. I collected 4 bottles just last week. Since the beginning of this year there has been a lot of supply disruption. What I’ve done is put in an extra prescription to make sure I’m 2 months ahead and hoping any supply disruption will have smoothed out during any 2 month period. I now keep a healthy stock at the bottom of my fridge. My latest 4 bottles are all a new batch as the expiration date has moved forward. I’m not at home this weekend so can’t check the dates right now. There is stock out there. Maybe try hospital pharmacies but you’ll need a white hospital prescription to get it. Your endocrinologist if you have one could help out. I did this st the beginning of the year.

Hi now I’ve got both t3 and t4 as special s I shouldn’t have a problem

I’m on 125 mcg of thyroxine an Sn 30 mcg plus one extra of t3

The chemist here won’t specify a particular brand
