Having an op and NHS freaking out about suppressed TSH

I am having a very minor op under general anaesthetic and NHS have revealed suppressed TSH (0.024). They are basically refusing to operate until I get a Dr to say this is ok in the presence of normal T3 (5.2) and T4 (14.8). The problem is I self medicate with levothyroxine (50mcg daily) and one grain of NDT (Thyroid-S) daily. I feel brilliant at the moment. The best for years. Can anyone signpost me to a private doctor who will be willing to write a letter to confirm my bloods are ok with suppressed TSH as long as T3/4 are within range? Private messages only please. I had my ear tumour operation moved forward because I showed them the blood test result and pointed out my low FT3. It was too dangerous for me to have Anaesthetic because of it nothing to do with suppressed TSH that's not a problem here in France.

I’ve had this happen twice. Just stand your ground and ask to speak to a consultant endocrinologist. They will probably back down.

My surgeries were major surgeries but they went ahead.
