Could you perhaps split the image into two, we don't need the first page. Repost by editing your post or adding it as an image in the comments. The words are too small and blurry to read.

Did you remember to leave 24 hours after taking Levo and the blood draw?

What time of day was this test?

Free T4 (fT4) 25.7 pmol/L (12 - 22) 137.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 4.4 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 35.1%

You're clearly not converting well, even if you did take your last Levo dose before the blood draw.

You can email info@thyroiduk.org for a list of T3 endo's.

Have you tried a strictly gluten free diet? This helps many with Hashimoto's.

Folate is only 35% of the range. What are you taking for folate?

B12 & ferritin are good.

Vit D could be higher to around 100-150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Many people get on well with the Better You range of D3+K2 mouth sprays. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150. wildatlantichealth.com/vita...

What should I do for this poor converting as you said ?

I'm currently on 100mcg levo but not feel good at all with this dose as usual too much more dizziness.. headache & tinitus

always have to go down and up again ..

never got the right doses since beginning

Really unwell never get along with Levo Im afraid 😔

You might benefit from reducing your Levo a little and adding a small amount of T3. I gave you the email address of Thyroid UK where you can request a list of Endo's that are sympathetic to prescribing T3. You don't seem to be able to convert enough Levo into the active hormone T3.

To raise folate you could take a good methyl/active B complex to help keep all the B's in balance. This B complex has all the right vitamins at a not unreasonable cost for 90 days supply. amazon.co.uk/Liposomal-Soft...

Use the calculator I posted above to work out how much vit D you need to take. It works better of taken with vit K2 at the same time as explained above. Take daily.

Thanks for advice just check D3 & need ~ 2000iu

Few years ago trial T3 but it seem to failed, give up after 10 days never tried again

I might have to look for good private endos for T3 again

If you started on too higher dose it can fail, or if vitamins aren't all optimal. It wouldn't take much to get your vitamins right, then only add 5mcgs T3 at a time. Wait 2 weeks to add a 2nd dose of T3. Starting at 10mcgs+ can make people fail.

Assuming test done early morning, last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Your results show very poor conversion rate

Ft4 is too high and Ft3 far too low

But reducing levothyroxine will result in Ft3 dropping even lower

You are likely to benefit from less levothyroxine and addition of T3 prescribed alongside levothyroxine

How much levothyroxine are you taking

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

As you have Hashimoto’s

Are you on strictly gluten free diet and/or dairy free diet

If not get coeliac blood test BEFORE trialing gluten free

Yes Im always get the same brand Mercury

At 100 mcg at moments.. not feel good at all as usual with this doses ..too much more dizziness+ headache + tinitus+ fatigue ..long list hypo symptoms still..never get well

Go down then up all over again all time 😔

FT3: 4.4 pmol/l (Range 3.1 - 6.8)

Ft3 only 35.14% through range

Most people when adequately treated will have Ft3 at least 60-70% through range

Are you gluten free or dairy free

Snqanq profile image
Snqanq in reply toSlowDragon

Im gluten free, minimum dairy intake

so I know now Im not converting well ..

might need to contact endo

Thanks for your advices
