does anybody know of a brand of Liothyronine without maize starch?

I'm afraid I'm not 100% sure if there is one available in the UK. In my medicines document they are all listed. And there is a matrix of the most significant problem ingredients - but I don't have a column for maize starch. (One of the reasons is that some excipients have multiple possible sources so it gets progressively more and more difficult to get it right and maintain it.)

So I'm afraid you'll have to work your way through.

I get Roseway labs lactose free compounded capsules with only cellulose. They make them themselves and issue private prescriptions after a phone consultation with their pharmacist prescriber.

Worth calling them to confirm, they can work around most intolerances.

They will do another 3 months repeat prescription without a call if you email TFTs at the 10 week mark to confirm all is well, can take a week to come in the post so best to keep reserve stocks .
