Hello

I alternate doses at the moment

100mg/125mg daily

I want to ask if anyone takes their medication alternate days, twice weekly or weekly.

And what the outcome is?

I alternate the same doses as you. Works fine for me.

Weekly dosing would only be considered by a doctor if the patient was non-compliant with taking their meds or if there was another reason they needed supervising, it's not something that would be considered otherwise.

Twice weekly dosing, what's the point? Easier to forget a dose I would imagine.

For a normal patient with no particular special need then daily dosing is the norm. After all, your thyroid would be producing hormone as and when needed on a daily basis, there would be no reason for replacement hormone to be any different.
