I have managed to source my own Levothyroxine and intend to reinstate my dose of 125mcg per day (which had been reduced to 100/125mcg alternate days). I have only managed to obtain 50mcg tablets. What is the best way to dose? (ie; 150/100mcg alternate days or cut the tablet in half).

Entirely personal choice. My body doesn't like different doses on different days so I cut tablets. Basic pill cutter does the job.
Me too .. i prefer to take the same each day, even though theoretically it shouldn't make any difference with Levo
Less ladylike solution though... i bite it in half with my front teeth and put the remaining half back in the foil strip and put the foil back over it so it doesn't fall out.
Got fed up of walking to the kitchen and chopping them up every morning.

Ah thank you Lalatoot and tattybogle . I just wanted to double check as I wasn't sure if there would be an issue mainly with halving a tablet.
