hi everyone just had my bloods done, I feel really good for diets time in 2 years I am slowly losing weight. I have my appointment with my endo on Wednesday but I feel really good so I don’t really want to change anything I have a feeling he is going to want to lower my my t4 . I am on 100mcg of t4 and 20mg of t3.
Thanks everyone I want to go by feeling as I feel good.
My bloods back in May were TSH 0.27, t4 12.8 & t3 4.1 and I was on a lower dose of t4 75mg as well he increased it to 100mcg in May.

Ah amazing thank you I am pleased you agree! Son endos seem to be hung up on the TSH rather than the t4 & t3. I have lost 8lbs since increasing my dose I haven’t be able to lose a lb in 2yrs until now and I feel engergetic I feel like ME! 🙌🏻
TSH is useful for diagnosis but once on thyroid hormone replacement it isn't an indicator of thyroid status, FT4 and FT3 show us our thyroid status and it's FT3 that is the most important result, over range FT3 tells us if we are overmedicated not low TSH.
lots of evidence collected in this post , including one or two papers that found no significant issues with low TSH/ bones ,
starts with a very useful paper that you can use on your endo if they want you to reduce dose......your TSH is over 0.04 and this paper found no increased risks as long as TSH was over 0.04
If GP says " I have to reduce your dose because the guidelines say i can't let you have a below range TSH" .....
The first paragraph in the NICE (NHS) Thyroid Disease, Assessment and Management guidelines says :
