I am diabetic and my Hba1c is 8.3. My thyroid test report states that TSH hypersensitive.
I am taking .75mcg Thyronom.
My both feet and ankles are swollen for the past six months or so. I have taken as per advice of the doctor Jbtor tablet but with no great relief. I stopped taking blood pressure pills as it was thought that could be causing the swelling. There again the swelling does not come down. Can any one suggest me the cause and remedy.

I assume this HbA1c level is given as a percentage . If so it’s really rather high. What diabetic medications do you take?
Nerve pain is probably due to diabetic peripheral neuropathy. High blood glucose makes it worse for many people.
I can’t think why any doctor would agree to stopping blood pressure pills unless you take medication because blood pressure is low? In the UK most people on BP medication have high blood pressure. The medications act as diuretics and so reduce fluid levels in legs/ ankles/ feet.
If the fluid is a result of hypothyroidism you will benefit from getting your thyroid replacement levels optimised and discussing getting some diuretics to clear excess fluid. Medications are also available to relieve nerve pain.
