Over the weekend I have noticed that my swollen feet are drastically going down!
For the last 5 years my feet have not been their normal size by far. They are swollen, fat and chunky. Or at least they were 😋!!!
My toes would normally be rather sausage like, and my feet would have no proper shape, especially at the ankles...
But while gazing down at my feet in the shower yesterday I noticed how much slimmer they look! If anything my feet have always been a bit on the skinny side. But they are looking much more like "my feet" now!!
I am amazed!
Also, two years ago I was given a diagnosis of plantar fascitis. However, the specialist himself could not totally figure out my symptoms...he still nevertheless elected to give me a scan guided, steroid injection, which as you can well guess I laughed at and said 'not on your Nelly!' Gut instinct told me his diagnosis was wrong. I was convinced it was thyroid related. Now I realised thyroid was one of the facets...the real core source is GUT BIOME I believe. Especially after following this excellent Broken Brain Docu-series currently showing.
Well, between making sure my iron levels are at a good level and taking this wonderful kefir, not only are my feet looking less Hobbit like but more like my own, but my feet when I get out of bed in the morning are also SO much less painful.
AND to add the ugly, miniature, puffy tyre like swelling just above my ankles...has diminished dramatically!!! It's obviously reducing levels of generalised inflammation due to improved Gut Biome status due to taking Kefir!
All after only less than 8 weeks of taking Kefir! What will the next 6 months hold!!!! How exciting.
