Hello Results!

Hello and thanks in advance for any comments. This is the first time I've used Medichecks and it turned out to be a surprisingly easy experience, other than blood gushing!

I take 100mg T4 and 3x5 T3 daily

my results were

suppressed TSH 0.006

Free T3 4.7

Free Thyroxine 14.4

Thyroglobulin antibodies Raised at 575

Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies <9

I expect my gp will say that TSH is suppressed, and I will suggest this is because of taking T3, I hope to se an endocrinologist soon and hope he won't stop the T3 as I don't really function without it

many thanks

and ferritin result?

FT4: 14.4 pmol/l (Range 12 - 22)

Ft4 only 24.00% through range

FT3: 4.7 pmol/l (Range 3.1 - 6.8)

Ft3 only 43.24% through range

Ft4 is a little low

You might benefit from SMALL dose increase in levothyroxine eg 112.5mcg 4 days a week and 125mcg 3 days a week

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine

Which brand

Ferritin =216 the brand of levo varies , the last few months 'accord' and t3 = thybon

i'm unsure if the inflammation range indicates Hashimotos? Thank you

in case of Hshimotos I thought as well as being gluten free i'd try to be dairy free, but i have been ravenous for the past two days, is that normal?

Dairy is quite filling

I found weight fell off initially when I went dairy free

Try to always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

I'm guessing that's a good level then🙂If you include ranges for your results it helps people interpret them for you.
