Vit B complex

it’s an odd question I know but does anyone have bright yellow urine after taking Vit B complex? It’s brighter after taking Thorne than after the Yipmai liposmal vit B complex. I know the body excretes excess B vits. I was wondering if I might just need them every other day? Just wondering if it’s just me?🤷‍♀️

It's the Riboflavin (B2) in the B Complex that causes this, it's just your body excreting any excess. Nothing to worry about. If you take the Thorne every other day you're halving the amount of the other B vitamins you get. I can't explain why you'd get it more with Thorne than Yipmai other than Yipmai is liposomal so delivery/absorption is different.
