What would you like to discuss with an Endocrinologist? Most of the are diabetes specialists and not known to be helpful generally.
Do tell us what issues you are having and we may be able to help.
If you would like a full thyroid panel, like many people in this group you will need to buy one privately. Plenty of private comoanies and some offer blood draw too. thyroiduk.org/help-and-supp...
What vitamins are you taking?
What are your most recent results for ferritin, folate, B12 & d3?
I can only speak from my history on this. If your doc is only checking TSH, you need a doc that understands the complexities of the endocrine system. It seems reckless to treat the thyroid with a small piece of the puzzle, but many do.
Do your docs test for iodine? Before moving I had a great pcp. He had me take 1 drop under the tongue. He also required an annual 24 hr urine draw test to check this level. I moved far away and was unable to find someone to test for it. I encountered a string of crappy docs. So, I started 2 drops and after a few years had a thyroid lump and a cyst. They disappeared when I stopped iodine. With the aid of an excellent pcp, I am back to 1 drop a day. I give thanks to finally have a great care team, but it is a struggle and take perseverance.
