I’m just wondering if you have any tips for thyroid antibody blood tests… does in need to be first thing and fasting or are the antibodies there all the time? Should I eat things that I know don’t agree with me? I’m not taking supplements or thyroid meds.

Are you just testing thyroid antibodies or are they included in a thyroid panel that tests TSH, FT4 and FT3 as well? If part of a thyroid panel they you follow the general advice for thyroid testing regarding time of test, water only before test, etc. If testing just antibodies timing doesn't matter.

I’ve had 2x morning blood tests following the advice here. My TSH is not an issue it in range. T4 is low (which is strange because TSH should be elivated in that case so maybe secondary hypo etc)

I’m testing all but mainly for antibodies…
